ORDERING INFO / RETURNS / REFUNDS
German Glass Kettle Shop is a division of Organic Shopper, a family owned and woman operated business. Our mission is to provide the finest quality products that support a healthy lifestyle while delivering happiness to our customers. We personally use each and every one of the products that we sell. We hope that you enjoy shopping with us and that you will enjoy the products that you purchase as much as we do!
SHIPPING – CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY
Orders are shipped through out the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES via the United States Post Office for a FLAT RATE of $14.95.
Please allow 3-12 days for arrival depending on your location and busy holidays.
NORTH CAROLINA TAX
Orders shipped to North Carolina customers will incur the States 2% Food Tax and/or 7% on Non-Food Tax
All products that we sell and ship are inspected upon their arrival from the manufacture. Please inspect your delivered items and report any damages from shipping by emailing us at email@example.com or calling 800-752-2775 within 3 days of receipt so that we can make a claim with carrier for your damaged shipment.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love our products from our German Glass Kettle Shop as much as we do. In the event that you do wish to make a return, please review and follow our Return and Refund Policy below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us with your order number and contact information: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we review and approve your return request, we will email you with Return Instructions and a Return Authorization number – RA# – that you will write on the outside of the return shipping box.
All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
GLASS ITEMS: 7 days for all glass items; starting on the date you received the item(s).
NON GLASS ITEMS: 30 calendar days to return non glass items; starting on the date you received the item(s).
No returns will be accepted after 30 days for non glass items and 7 days for glass items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the total paid for product excluding shipping charges for delivery. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Items must be shipped back in their original packaging. You pay for all return shipping.
- Items must be insured against breakage. You will be responsible for filing breakage claims with your shipper.
- Please print your invoice and insert into your return package. We will need this information to be able to refund your money.
