Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at German Glass Kettles. We hope you love our products but if for some reason you aren’t satisfied and need to return an item we understand and are here to help make the process easy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return non glass items and 7 days for all glass items; starting on the date you received the item(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 days for non glass items and 7 days for glass items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Email us if you want to return an item with your order number and contact information. We will send you instructions and a RA number to return the item(s).
- Items must be shipped back in their original packaging. You pay for all return shipping.
- Items must be insured against breakage. You will be responsible for filing breakage claims with your shipper.
- Please print your invoice and insert into your return package. We will need this information to be able to refund your money.
